Shipping Policy

If any item is backordered and cannot be shipped on schedule, Northern Lifestyles Canada will contact you immediately.

Canadian orders will be shipped via the most cost-effective method: mail, Canpar, or Purolator, unless you specify otherwise.

International orders will be shipped via UPS.

Free shipping is available for orders over $100, but only to Canadian addresses.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees (U.S. Orders)

Prices listed on our website do not include U.S. customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees.

These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the customer. Payment of any required duties or taxes is due upon delivery.

We are unable to estimate or control these charges, and they are non-refundable.

Returns Policy

All returns must be approved by Northern Lifestyles Canada before returning any items.

For damaged or missing merchandise, notice must be given within 10 days of receiving your order.
